Val Cenis

Situated at the end of the Maurienne valley, Val Cenis is a pretty village resort which has a good ski area with 125km of slopes, but is also part of the larger Eskimo lift pass area which gives access to 300km of slopes in total.

Skiing in Val Cenis

Val Cenis is split across two villages in the Haute Maurienne - Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard

Skiing & Boarding in Val Cenis

The ski area starts in Termignon and continues along the valley encompassing Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard. There are 125km of slopes , a snow park, snow cross and 27 km of cross country skiing.

It is also possible to purchase an Eski-mo pass which gives access to 4 other ski resorts - Aussois, Bonneval Sur Arc, La Norma and Valfrejus. You can stay on one of the resorts and ski one day in each of the others. There is a free bus service running between these resorts for anyone who has this pass. In winter 18/19 the days were Tuesday to La Norma, Wednesday to Valfrejus and Thursday to Aussois. There are daily connections to Bonneval sur Arc.

The nearest airport is Chambery - transfers can be arranged from other airports - contact us for further details.

Should you prefer to drive, we can assist with ferry or tunnel crossings.
